Complaints and faulty items

In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you as a consumer have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. Hudevad Radiator Design provides better rights than required by the Purchase Act. We provide between 5- and 10-years warranty on all our radiators. You will find the product's warranty period on the individual data sheets. We provide a 2-year warranty on all accessories and electrical parts.

Contact us before you send the item

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, you must receive the shipment with reservations. If the product in the package is damaged, you must NOT use or install it If this happens, the right of complaint lapses.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover ordinary wear and tear, etc.

If you discover a defect in an item, you must contact Hudevad Radiator Design A / S as soon as possible. Send anE-mail to CLAIM within a reasonable time and explain what the defect consists of. Remember that pictures of the defect and of any damaged packings must be sent with your E-mail. Please mark the subject line with "Complaint - Webshop" and your order number. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs if the item is to be returned. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.
