Items ordered on hudevad.com are delivered as standard free of charge within the EU and England's borders. We do not deliver free of charge outside the EU's borders. If you want delivery outside the EU, please contact Hudevad here.
All our radiators are made MTO (Made to order), which means that once you have ordered your radiator(s), production starts producing your radiator(s). Our delivery time is 8-10 weeks on radiators in white and can be a little longer on colored radiators. If it is necessary for Hudevad Radiator Design to postpone the expected delivery time, you will be contacted by our customer service. If unforeseen circumstances arise in the production or similar, you will be informed about this.
We deliver the goods free of charge with curbside delivery on weekdays and our carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please note that our carrier cannot currently include returnable packaging when your radiator (s) are delivered.
When purchasing accessories and spare parts, your package is delivered to your home address with GLS or a similar package supplier. You will receive a delivery notification electronically via SMS or email. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.
