Return and right of cancellation

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase order, but they have been delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the expiry of the cancellation period. You can send an email to us or use our contact form which you will find HERE

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Partly cancellation of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Return

If you regret your purchase, you must return the item to Hudevad Radiator Design without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you have notified us that you will exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the item before the end of the 14 days.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item, and it is you who bears the risk for the item during the return. We will notify you of the cost of return by e-mail, as we will contact you to arrange collection with a carrier of our choice. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a specific pick-up time. In the case of returns of accessories and spare parts, these will have to be returned by parcel.

Refund of the purchase amount.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard form of delivery that we offer). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.

However, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to a different handling of the item than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. You can thus lose the purchase price in whole or in part, and the amount that you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item.

The original packaging is typically important for our ability to resell our products, and a damaged or disposed packaging can therefore lead to a depreciation of the item, and thus your ability to get the full purchase price returned upon return. We therefore recommend that you always send the item back in the original packaging.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees as a result of the refund. We withhold payment until we have received the item returned.
